JellyFil Ingredients: All Nine In The 82 mg Blend

JellyFil lists nine active ingredients inside a single proprietary blend weighing 82 mg per gummy. Only caffeine is broken out with its own figure. Below is each ingredient, what it's doing in a men's vitality formula, and the dose math that the blend structure makes unavoidable.

The One Disclosed Amount

Caffeine — 5 mg

Supplied through the Green Tea Extract rather than added as isolated caffeine, and listed separately on the panel specifically so caffeine-sensitive buyers can see it. Five milligrams is genuinely low — a typical cup of coffee runs 80–100 mg, so this is roughly a twentieth of one. It won't keep you awake and it isn't there to. Its disclosure is a point in the brand's favour.

The Eight Inside The Blend

Ashwagandha

The strongest research position in the formula. An adaptogen with a real body of human trials examining cortisol and stress response, which is the mechanism the brand connects to steadier daily energy. If you were choosing one ingredient here on evidence alone, this would be it.

L-Arginine

The formula's stated circulation driver — an amino acid the body converts into nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels. Solid, well-understood physiology. The catch is dose: L-Arginine trials generally work in gram quantities, and the entire blend is 82 mg of extracts.

Muira Puama Extract

Derived from the wood and root of Ptychopetalum olacoides, a flowering shrub native to the Amazon basin. Long traditional use in South American herbal practice around energy and vitality; the modern clinical literature is thin.

Maca Extract

A Peruvian root crop from the high Andes, among the better-known botanicals in this category and one with a growing research base around energy and general wellbeing.

Catuaba Extract

Another Brazilian botanical with a long traditional record, typically appearing alongside Muira Puama in Amazonian-inspired vitality formulas. Also light on modern trial evidence.

Green Tea Extract

The caffeine source, and a contributor of catechin polyphenols. Green tea is one of the most heavily studied plant extracts in existence, though most of that research uses far higher doses than a shared 82 mg blend could contain.

Tribulus Terrestris

A staple of traditional men's wellness formulas going back decades. Worth being straight about: the human evidence for Tribulus on hormonal outcomes is weak and inconsistent, whatever the category's marketing tends to imply.

Horny Goat Weed Extract

Contains icariin, the active compound behind its traditional use. Also the ingredient most responsible for this formula's interaction profile — specifically the reason anyone on prescription ED medication or cardiovascular drugs needs a doctor's sign-off first.

The Dose Math, Honestly

Eighty-two milligrams across nine ingredients averages roughly 9 mg each if split evenly — and blends are almost never split evenly. The brand states the blend is equivalent to about 567 mg of dry botanical powders, which is a meaningful clarification since extracts are concentrated and a 10:1 extract at 9 mg represents rather more raw material than 9 mg suggests.

Even so, that equivalence applies to the blend as a whole, not to any individual ingredient. Ashwagandha research typically uses standardised extracts at doses well above what an even split of 82 mg would allow. Whether JellyFil's Ashwagandha share reaches a researched level is simply not knowable from published information.

What to do about it: if dose comparison matters to you, email the brand and ask for the individual amounts in writing before ordering. Plenty of companies will provide them on request even when they don't print them.

The Gummy Base

Corn Syrup, Cane Sugar, Water, Apple Pectin, Sorbitol Liquid, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid and Sodium Citrate Dihydrate. Apple pectin rather than gelatin as the gelling agent is worth noting for anyone avoiding animal-derived ingredients.

These contribute 3 grams of added sugar per serving. Small in absolute terms — less than a teaspoon — but it's the unavoidable trade-off of the gummy format, and it means anyone managing blood sugar should count it. Any source calling JellyFil sugar-free has it wrong.

Bottom Line On The Label

The ingredient selection is defensible — Ashwagandha and L-Arginine in particular are sensible choices with real mechanisms behind them. The ingredient disclosure is where it falls short, and the caffeine and sugar figures being published while eight of nine actives aren't is an odd combination of transparency and opacity in the same panel.
